1-900-Chloe (Chapter Three)

He hadn't even started to knock when he heard her voice. "Go home, Clark!"

"Let me in, Chloe."

"No. Never. Leave me alone," she yelled.

"Listen, I'm sorry. It wasn't supposed to be like that." He put his mouth near the crack. "I wasn't trying to humiliate you... Well, it was like a prank at first, but..."

"Great. Good one. I hope you're amused. You prick!"

He tried to keep himself from pounding the door down, but if she didn't let him in, he'd do just that. "I can bust your door down."

"And I can call campus security."

"And I could get away before you even dialed," he shot back.

"Then my work will be done."

"And I'd take you with me," he tried.

There was silence.

"Just let me in. I can't keep talking through your door."

"Oh, like you can't see through it."

He actually hadn't thought about that. He looked through and saw her biting her nail, pacing back and forth in a tank top and a pair of jeans. He jumped as she strode up, raising her middle finger.

"See that?"

"Chloe!"

The door flew open. "Don't pretend to be scandalized, Clark. After what you did..."

He stepped in before she had a chance to shut him out. "Well, you lied and said you had a caller."

She paced away to the desk. "Oh, so you looked at my page?"

"I was just... curious."

"And you barged into something that wasn't your business. My... fantasies happen to be private."

He stared at her back. "Even if they involve me? Chloe, the elevator..."

"I can think what I want. Okay?" She whirled to face him. "It doesn't mean it has anything to do with you."

He stepped forward. "But it does."

"No. It's just... a thought that..." She folded her arms, then put them at her sides, then on her hips. "What the hell were you doing saying my name?"

A smile tugged at his lips. She was blushing. It looked good on her. "You said mine first." His eyes traveled over her flushed face, slightly parted lips, exposed neck and... "Are you even wearing a bra?"

Her eyes narrowed and she folded her arms over her chest quickly. "What were you doing Clark? Using my voice to beat off while you looked at that redhead?"

"No. I hardly glanced at her," he said honestly.

"Oh, then Lana. Right? Use my voice and her face and just..."

"No. I saw you." He took a chance and stepped forward. "Just like you saw me."

She backed away, but the desk was right there. "Well, that's just... Even if I, once in a very long while, think of you... Well, that's my business." She lifted her chin.

"You terrify me," he suddenly said.

"What?"

"You're just so... You won't stay where I put you. You're the one who's right next to me, always fighting with me, for me. And that's this place where these thoughts of you just... You're not supposed to be the one I dream about."

Her mouth worked soundlessly and she turned to face the window. "Well, good. I'll... be sure to stay in my place." Her head turned slightly toward him before turning back. "Why don't we just forget this, Clark? We can just be..."

"I wasn't finished." He placed his hands on her bare shoulders and felt them tense. He squeezed. "Every time I thought of you in... ways I wasn't supposed to, I'd push it away. Because you're too important for that. If I lose you, I lose something I need. So... Maybe it's just easier to think of Lana that way. Put Lana in that place? If I lose her, what do I really lose? Just a fantasy. If you're gone then... I lose everything. You understand me, you tell me the truth, you're there when no one else is... You're my human credential. without you, I'd just be some guy with powers and no purpose."

"I... What am I supposed to say to that?" Her voice shook and he grasped her tighter. He wanted to keep her steady. "I don't want to lose what we have. I..."

"I'm still not finished," he said softly, watching his breath move the tiny hairs on her nape.

"Okay," she breathed.

"It's hard to think that someone who already means so much can be everything. Maybe I ask too much of you already. How can I ask you to be all that for me and... even more?"

He heard a sniffle and a shaky laugh. "Yeah. That would be pretty exhausting for me."

"Yeah." He started to remove his hands, but hers covered them.

"I'm not finished Clark." She squeezed his hands and they fell away. He held his breath as she turned. Her eyes were damp. "Maybe you should leave it up to me, what I'll be for you. Shouldn't I have a say?"

He felt her hands on his arms and he closed his eyes. "You should always have a say, Chloe."

She pulled his arms to her waist and he held on, afraid to open his eyes. "Maybe I want to be everything. Maybe it's not enough to fight beside you. Maybe I want you beside me in every way." He felt her breath on his neck. "Maybe it's not even a maybe."

"Chloe..."

"What's your fantasy, Clark?"

He let out a shaky breath. "I want..."

"No." He felt her hand on his chest, then his cheek. He opened his eyes. Hers were dark, dry, and... decisive. "Don't tell me. Show me."

She was so sure. How could she always be so sure of herself, of him? "What if this changes everything?"

She gave him a half-smile and dropped her gaze to his lips. "Of course it will. Is that a bad thing?"

"What if it is?"

She pulled away and he cursed himself. "I don't deal with 'what-ifs,' Clark." She patted his arm. "If you don't know what you want..."

He pulled her back to him. "I know what I want," he growled, taking her face in his hands.

"Then say it."

He dropped to his knees before her and pulled at her button, her zipper.

"What are you doing?" she breathed.

"You said to show you." It was a shock, at first, seeing her naked hips, her exposed triangle of hair. He really didn't have words for it. But experience had shown him that he wasn't the one with the words. He was action. She was thought. And maybe he should remember his place. He let his hands slide her jeans down, then brought them back up to her shirt, sliding it up her waist as he rose up before her. Here eyes were closed as he lifted it, lifting her arms with it.

"Look at me," he said hoarsely.

She did. And he saw trust and want and a million other things he didn't deserve reflected in her eyes. He stayed intent on them as he lowered his head. His eyes only closed when hers did, at the first touch of lips.

He'd never kissed her, not consciously. She'd kissed him. But it was his kiss now and he'd remember every sensation. That softness just inside her lips, running his tongue along the edge of her teeth, coaxing her tongue out to him. Naked flesh under his hand. He put his hands on either side of her hips and lifted her, keeping a foot on her jeans.

As he pulled her backward to the bed, he realized something. Chloe was naked and he hadn't even had a good look. He broke the kiss, holding her arms to her sides, setting her away. "Clark, what..."

"I need to see."

He hands squirmed at her sides, as if to cover herself. But she didn't make too much of an effort, just flushed from her face to her nipples. He was seeing nipples- pink, tiny, puckered nipples. And breasts - full, round breasts that were soft and pale and just a little pink with the rest of her. The phone rang and she jumped. "The lines. I..."

"Ignore it," he said, his hands leaving her arms to cup those breasts. They were real, not like the ones on that site. They had weight and give and were obviously sensitive enough that she shook slightly as his fingers swirled around and around.

The phone still rang. "I could log out," she said, swallowing hard. "It would stop."

He could only nod, letting her breasts slip from his hands. He watched her turn and move toward the desk. She was right in her fake profile. She did have a woman's body. He'd noticed, but... never from this close. He watched her bend to the keyboard and he felt himself straining against his zipper. He took the opportunity to pull his shirt over his head, undo his jeans, only ripping the side a little as he slid them down and...

"Shoes," he muttered. He fell back on the bed, tangled. He leaned over to make sense of it when he heard her laugh. He looked up.

"God, Clark. A little impatient?" She giggled again and knelt down, undoing the mess he'd made.

"Just a little," he said, drinking in all that skin. He breathed in. He could smell her. It was like a drug. He wondered if he could get through a day now without that smell. He didn't plan to test that theory.

She'd got his boots free, but he really didn't feel like waiting. He leaned down and ripped the laces, kicking them off as she stared up at him from the floor. He made quicker work of his jeans and pulled her up to stand. His face was level with her breasts and he took advantage, darting forward to take a nipple in his mouth, pulling her closer to stand between his legs. She gasped and grasped his hair. It didn't hurt, but he nipped her anyway.

"God, Clark!"

She was more coherent than he was and he found that unfair. He pulled her to the side and placed her on the bed. Moving to kneel before her. He'd described this on the phone, but he hadn't delivered yet. He wanted to. He wanted to taste what he'd smelled.

He glanced up at her as he breathed her in. Her eyes were closed and her breath was uneven. He waited, waited until she opened them, waited for that nearly impatient glance before he dove in. He just rubbed his lips back and forth. It was soft and sweet and slightly salty. He hadn't done this with Lana. He'd wanted to, but she couldn't get over her shyness.

Chloe wasn't shy. From the way she was pushing her hips up, he guessed she had no qualms about oral sex. He only hoped that went both ways. Her hand tangled in his hair and he hummed lightly against her.

"Clark!"

He took one hand from her hip and poised a finger at her entrance. Warm, wet and so soft inside. He delved inside the same time his lips closed over her clit. She groaned and he smiled against her, giving it an experimental lick. She whimpered. He could take a hint.

He flicked his tongue against her, listening to her noises, feeling the sweat break out on her hip. He kept flicking, licking, finally taking one long suck as her breathing grew more erratic. He could even feel her heartbeat there, speeding up with her breath. He felt strangely excited as her insides fluttered against his finger.

He took her clit between his lips and sucked harder, licked faster. He was going to do it. He was going to give Chloe an orgasm. Technically, he had not experienced a woman's orgasm. Lana had seemed to enjoy herself but she hadn't been this sweaty, this... rough. If he were a weaker man, Chloe might have hurt him, the way she was pulling his hair, bucking against his mouth.

It was indescribably hot and it only made him redouble his efforts until... She shrieked wordlessly and her wetness slicked down his palm just before she collapsed, boneless. A quiet whimper was all she emitted when he pulled his fingers slowly out of her. He sat back on his heels. Sheened with sweat, her skin was even more tempting to him. He slid his hands and himself up her body.

"Good?"

She opened one eye and laughed slightly. "I can't move."

He dipped his head down to taste her neck. "Mmm. Don't worry. I can wait." He nearly thanked God he'd come earlier. It was the only thing stopping him from coming in his pants like a stupid kid. He bit her neck and moved away, pushing her sideways. He'd nearly forgot she was half-off the bed.

She lay back and stared at him. "I wish you'd done that years ago."

He knelt at the side of the bed and caressed her stomach lightly. "Would you have let me?"

"Are you kidding?" She giggled. "Clark, we could have been doing this all along. Anytime you wanted."

He stared at her, grinning. "Liar."

"Anywhere, too."

He laughed. "Name one time... besides the elevator," he added, kissing her shoulder. "I need to know how much time to make up for."

She giggled and looked at the ceiling. "Okay... Hmm... That time you came to me for advice about sex with Lana. I almost... Well, I hated myself for it, but I thought of... a tutorial."

"Uh-huh." He stared dumbly at her. "Like you'd..."

"Help you adjust your powers to new situations," she said, sitting up and nudging him. "Stand up." He obeyed, wide-eyed. She pulled him from his boxers and his eyes slid shut. He hadn't done this, either.

"In fact," she said slowly. "I envisioned the whole scenario in this room. I almost called you from here."

"Oh, God..."

He opened his eyes and looked down. She held him lightly, looking up, licking her lips. "Do you want to know what I would have done?"

He felt himself twitch in her hand and she started.

"Well... There's my answer," she said, half-smiling just before lowering her head...

All I am capable of saying right now is *guh*!

Maybe I'm mean, but I love it when Clark and Chloe fight, especially in your fics, because you write their fight scenes so well. Even better, I like it when they make up!

And that brings me to...

The hotness of the smut in this was beyond sizzling. Damn, Clark is one hot lover. Lucky Chloe is all I can say! :-P

Nicely done, April - as always!

I just LOVE writing a fight! I might like a good fight more than I like a good smutting... eh. It's a tie. ;)
